Mrs Osinachi Nwachukwu was one of Nigerian’s well-known gospel singers and songwriters with the voice of FIRE. She was also a well-known minister of God and producer of Christian worship music.

Following reports that Osinachi’s husband had assaulted her and given her a chest kick that put her in the hospital, her gospel music peers and Nigeria’s minister for women’s affairs called for justice in her death.
